Premier Planner is one system for running a trades, maintenance or scaffolding business. It covers jobs, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, RAMS and absences, all in one place.
It was built inside a working property maintenance and scaffolding contractor, and shaped by the office staff, scaffolders and operatives who use it on site every day.
No card details. Sign up and your own workspace is ready in under a minute.

Premier Planner was built inside a working property maintenance and scaffolding contractor. The firm carries out reactive repairs, void works, planned maintenance, compliance work and scaffold erection and hire for housing associations and local authorities, day in and day out, on real sites with real deadlines.
That's the vantage point Premier Planner was built from: not a spec written by people who've never stood on a scaffold tower, but a tool shaped by the office staff, scaffolders and maintenance operatives who use it every day.
Damp and mould and disrepair cases carry legal deadlines, and they get lost in an ordinary jobs list. Premier Planner lifts them into a live register, tracks every case against its clock, and lets your landlord clients watch it happen in real time.
One fire risk assessment produces a schedule of remedial actions, each with its own priority and target date. Dropped into an ordinary jobs list they lose their deadline and their link back to the report. Premier Planner gives them a register of their own, and there is no statutory timescale for FRA actions - so it tracks to your landlord's own fire safety policy, not a figure we picked.
Social housing is there to support some of the most vulnerable people around us. Older residents, people living alone, families going through a hard time. The trades who work in their homes often see more of them than anyone else does, and they are sometimes the first to notice when something is not right.
We think a platform built for contractors out in the field should help those moments reach the right people. So we built it in, and every plan includes it.
Pay per user, and it gets cheaper as your team grows. Rolling monthly with no lock-in, or pay for the year and get two months free. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by Direct Debit.
No Lite version. No paid add-ons. No features locked behind a higher tier - every plan is the full system.
Want to try it first? Every new customer can have a 7-day demo - no card details. No setup fee. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by Direct Debit. Monthly plans are rolling - cancel any time. Annual plans are paid up front and include two months free. More than 50 users? Talk to us. Every plan includes the whole system: the planner, the field app, quoting and invoicing, the client portal, Xero and the compliance tracker.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Premier Planner (the “Service”), provided by Premier Software Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17427373, whose registered office is at 56 Sorrel Way, Broughton, Aylesbury, England, HP22 7BZ, trading as Premier Planner. Our business address, and the address for correspondence, is Unit 19, Lawn Farm Business Centre, Grendon Underwood, Buckinghamshire, HP18 0QX. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended business purpose. You must not:
Where a Client Organisation registers to use the Service, it controls access for its own staff, sets up its own workflows, and remains the owner of the operational data it inputs, such as its jobs, quotes, invoices, customer details and staff records. We act as a processor of that data on the Client Organisation's behalf and will only use it to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Current pricing and any subscription terms, where applicable, are communicated separately at the point of sign up.
The Service, including its software, source code, design, “look and feel”, screen layouts, workflows, structure, features, branding, text and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, database rights, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. All such rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of, or intellectual property right in, the Service to you, and you acquire only the limited right to use it set out in these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, adapt or imitate the whole or any part of the Service, its design or its functionality, whether to create a competing product or otherwise, and you must not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or ownership notice on the Service. Accessing the Service, including through any demonstration or free trial, for the purpose of copying it, benchmarking it for a competing product, or otherwise misappropriating its design or ideas, is a material breach of these Terms. You retain ownership of Content you or your organisation submit, and grant us a licence to host, store, process and display that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. We may carry out planned maintenance, and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons, giving notice where practical.
Our collection and use of personal data through the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, other than those which cannot be excluded under English law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any twelve month period is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice through the app or by email before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Premier Planner runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store. Put it on a phone's home screen and it looks and behaves like an app.
Using Chrome on iPhone instead? Tap the three dots, then Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Prefer not to install anything? Everything works exactly the same in the browser.
Go to Settings → Staff & operatives, add each person, then press Invite to send them a login. Pick their role as you invite them. Two toggles on each profile matter for the diary: Show on the planner (do they get a row on the calendar?) and Bookable (do portal bookings count their availability?).
Tell us what happened and where, and we will get it fixed.
Tell us a little about your business and we will come back to arrange a proper walkthrough. No obligation, and no call centre; you will be talking to the people who built it.
Your account has both office and field access. Pick one - it's remembered next time, and you can switch anytime with the "Switch view" button.
